This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Brand Name Only . The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 July 16, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 Hospital beds. Offerors must have a current registration in the System for Awards Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, in order to be considered for award FAR Clauses 52.212-1 through 52.212-5 apply to this procurement. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Priced purchase order contract resulting from this solicitation. VA Northern California Healthcare System is seeking to purchase the following items: IVC Full Electric Low Bed 5410LOW PTD Offset Trapeze Bar 7740P PTD Trapeze Stand 7714P Auto Over Bed Table 6417 Mattress, Perf 1000,36x84x6 SPS1084 Bed Rail, Half Length 6630DS Reduced Gap Full Lgt Bed Rail 6629 Bed Extender 5143IVC Delivery shall be provided not later than 30 days after receipt of award. Delivery shall be FOB-Destination. Place of Performance/Delivery Mobility Equipment, 80 Tanforan Ave Ste 14, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Evaluation Procedures: Comparative evaluation of quotations will be made in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), which means evaluating one quote with another in a uniform and fair manner. Only quotations from authorized distributors will be accepted. Evaluation Factors: The factors to be evaluated are price, technical acceptability and delivery. Award: An award will be made based on the lowest price quotation that meets or exceeds the salient characteristics.
