- N0016420RWP64 � NEW MANUFACTURE OF MK-82 SUBASSEMBLIES � FSC 5840 � NAICS 334511 Issue Date: 23 January 2020 � Closing Date: �5 March 2020� Time Eastern ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for new manufacture of the following MK-82 Subassemblies: Shaft Clamps (Part Number (PN) 2907635-1 and PN 2907635-2) DC Motor (PN 2907650) Train Base Assembly (PN 2907662) Train Structure Assembly (PN 2907666-1) Elevation Shaft Assembly (PN 2907676-20) Elevation Assembly (PN 5204593-2) Train Data Drive Assembly (PN5204598) Elevation Housing Assembly (PN 5204599) Elevation Data Drive Assembly (PN 5365257) Bottom Sealing Plate Assembly (PN 6259575) The procurement will be solicited on a full and open competition basis in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.1. The Government intends to solicit and award one (1) or multiple Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) with a five (5) year ordering period. The anticipated contract award(s) aggregate maximum is $16,300,000. Delivery is required FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at Destination. One of more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. First Article testing will be required unless a waiver has been obtained. For an offeror to be eligible for a waiver, the subassembly shall be manufactured within the last five (5) years. First Article testing will be performed by the contractor with a Government witness. If an award is made to offeror(s) without First Articles waived, the contract minimum award amount will be the price of the First Articles. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx . The controlled attachments will be posted to Beta.SAM at the same time the solicitation is posted. Beta.SAM may be accessed at http://beta.SAM.gov. When requesting access to the attachments, please include the company�s CAGE code in reason text box of the request. � All responsible sources are encouraged to provide comments on the attached draft Statement of Work and submit a completed Market Research Questionnaire to the Contract Specialist. All questionnaires shall be submitted prior to the closing date and time of the notice on Beta.SAM to the Contract Specialist listed on the questionnaire.
