Description
LTC PROJECT for multiple NSNs listed in the attachment to this synopsis.� Bidset information is available on the Internet via http://RIC1S-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD.�� Qualified Products List (QPL) for MIL-DTL-6645 applies.� Only offers from sources listed on the QPL will be considered for the award.� The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods.� The estimated annual demand quantity, guaranteed minimum quantity for the base period only, and the maximum contract quantity for the life of the contract for each NSN in this project is listed�in the attachment to this synopsis.��� The required production lead-time is on or before�870 days�after receipt of order (ARO) for each NSN listed in the attachment to this synopsis.� �FOB at Destination with Inspection/acceptance at Origin.� Option to extend terms of contract 48 months.� Duration of contract is 60 months. Requirement is an Unrestricted procurement,�utilizing full and open competition after exclusion of sources.� Items are�of critical application, and are all Army Critical Safety Items (CSI).� Textile Material test sample testing, First Article Government testing, and Government Production Lot Sample testing are required on each NSN.���� Shelf-life applies.� Higher-level contract quality inspection system is required.� Surge and Sustainment is not required. Export Control certification is required.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.� Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF).� T download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.� The solicitation issue date is January 24, 2020.
