Description

DESIGN-BID-BUILD INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) 8(a) FIRM FIXED PRICE MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT, NAVAL AIR STATION (NAS) FORT WORTH, TEXAS Work w ill be for the Department of Defense activities located in the Fort Worth, Texas area of operation managed by NAVFAC SE. The w ork w ill primarily be performed at Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, Texas. How ever, work may be required in other areas of responsibility managed by NAVFAC SE if deemed necessary and approved by the NAVFAC SE and NAVFAC Atlantic Chief of Contracting Office. This procurement is being solicited in accordance w ith Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 6.204 as an 8(a) set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, Commerical and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard is $39,500,000.
