- Description
- The U.S. Army Corps Los Angeles District is soliciting for a construction project titled, Renovate Building 1020, Nellis AFB, Nevada on Solicitation W912PL-20-B-0004. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction services for interior and exterior renovation of an existing 4,600 sf warehouse type building on Nellis AFB. NV.� Work includes the removal of the old exterior metal siding and roofing, installation of new metal siding and roofing, installation of interior insulation, construction of new office area inside the building, new overhead coiling doors, chain link fence repair, installation of radiation monitor, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, telecommunication and concrete work. THIS PROJECT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The procurement method used will be Invitation for Bid (IFB). �Eligible offerors will be required to provide a bid and other submittals requested in solicitation for consideration of award. �The submittals will be evaluated to ensure contractors are deemed responsive and responsible. �Those bidders that are determined to be responsive and responsible will then be evaluated based on the lowest price submitted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, $39.5M average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. The FSC Code is Y1AA. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000.00 $5,000,000. The solicitation will be made available on or about 10 December 2019 and bids due on or about 9 Jan 2020.� The Government intends to issue this solicitation and all amendments through the use of the Sam.Beta.Gov.��No additional media (Compact Disks, Floppy Disks, Faxes or Paper) will be provided unless the Government determines that it is necessary.�� It is the responsibility of the contractor to check www.beta.SAM.gov website frequently for any amendments or changes to the solicitation. The Government is not responsible for any loss of internet connectivity or for offerors inability to access the documents posted at the referenced website.� All Contractors are encouraged to visit the Beta System For Award Management website at http://www.Beta.SAM.gov/ to view other business opportunities across the Army.
