- Description
- POA Number: USAFA-AF CyberWorx-POA-2020 The Air Force (AF) CyberWorx is interested in opportunities to enter into other transaction agreements (OTA) for prototype, executed by the 10th Contracting Squadron, with industry to carry out prototype projects that provide innovative solutions for, or potential new capabilities that fulfill requirements, close capability gaps, and/or provide potential technological advancements. AF CyberWorx will periodically accept innovative solutions through the public opportunity announcement (POA) for projects published for response by industry. This POA is continuously open for a period of five years by which non-traditional and traditional defense contractors may submit solutions for consideration in response to AF CyberWorx projects. The cumulative amount for awards issued under this POA will not exceed $99.9M. Agreements sought under this open competitive announcement are given consideration in a multi-phased process as detailed in the attachment to this announcement with a preference to reaching non-traditional industry partners. The government reserves the right to award an OTA or nothing at all. Request for and submission of solutions is not a guarantee that award and obligation of funds will be made. The costs incurred by companies in the preparation and submission of solutions in response to project announcements will not be paid by the government and are not allowable as a direct charge to any agreement. Areas of interest (AoI) will be published on Beta.Sam (previously FedBizOps) at https://beta.sam.gov/ as an amendment to this announcement. Participants are encouraged to check Beta.Sam (previously FedBizOps) for AoI projects offered through this POA. See Attachment for full posting.
