- SUBJUBJECT:��� Occupational Health Medical and Physician Services for the Region of South Atlantic Division, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District in AL This procurement is solicited as an unrestricted �Best Value� requirement for Occupational Health Medical and Physician Services for District and field offices within the South Atlantic Division (SAD) region. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Price, Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) contract, will be awarded, with an ordering period of (5) five years, with an overall contract value of $1,580,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621111. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, annual average gross revenue for this NAICS does not exceed $12 million for the past three fiscal years. The Bid Schedule of Services is provided as a separate attachment and is not included in the Solicitation. It is the Government�s intent for federal employees to commute to local physicians� offices or clinics within a 50 mile distance (unless a further distance is approved) of Corps District or field office. A traveling medical unit could be used to provide services in remote areas. Award of this requirements will provide Occupational Health Services to Federal Employees in the Districts of Mobile � AL, Jacksonville - FL, Savannah - GA, Wilmington, NC, and Charleston, SC (inclusive of field offices).� Services will be provided to other federal employees of participating agencies. The Regional Occupational Health Center is located in the Federal Building, 109 St. Joseph Street, Mobile, AL. The solicitation will only be issued as direct download at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov.� All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in Beta.Sam.Gov before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government�s best interest. Therefore, it is the bidder�s responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information. All notification of changes to this solicitation shall be made through the internet. Therefore, offerors who have registered are required to review Beta.Sam.Gov for any posted changes to the solicitation.�
