- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an full and open competitive for Quantity 1 High Definition Mid Wave Infrared Camera per specifications in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. The Solicitation with complete details will be posted on Contract Opportunities hosted on beta.SAM.gov website at https://fbohome.sam.gov/ on or about 01/22/2020. All responsible sources may submit a quote for Solicitation N6893620Q0071, which shall be considered by the agency. Please respond to Terryl Mitchell by mail to CDR NAWCWD CODE D260000, Attn: Terryl Mitchell, 1 ADMINISTRATION CIRCLE, STOP 1303, China Lake, CA 93555-6108, or email to Terryl.mitchell@navy.mil. �Electronic delivery of quotation is preferred. �If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. �It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
