East:���� West to east traveling on Becker Dr, take a right onto Old Farm Rd continuing south, take a right on Old NC Hwy 125 continuing west, take a right on 10th St./Smith Church Rd continuing north. West:�� Traveling east on Old NC 125 Hwy to take a left on Old Farm Rd, travel north on Old Farm Rd, take a left onto Becker Dr, take Becker to 10th St./Smith Church Rd traveling south. Space should have no history of prior heavy industrial use such as large dry cleaning operations, gas stations, and industrial facilities. ? The space should not be located immediately adjacent to railroad tracks. The space shall not be located within � mile of active railroad tracks or heavily congested freeways that may compromise the sound quality of digital recordings. The space shall not be located within � mile of electrical sub-stations to avoid interference with electronic equipment. The space shall not be located in areas zoned for industrial or warehouse use.� ? Buildings located near bars, nightclubs, and liquor stores will not be considered.� Locations near dry cleaners, beauty salons, bingo parlors or other business that produce large fluctuations in traffic or smells detectable within the office space will not be considered Parking: The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements, or, in absence of a local code requirement, on-site parking shall be available at a ratio of�1 space for every 200 RSF�of Government-demised area.
