Offerors are required to acknowledge this amendment by signing and returning one copy with their quote. The solicitation closing date and time has been changed to 01/27/2020 at 11:59pm ET. Doug Reed Contracting Officer VA-VHA-SAOC-2016-AC23EC83 Page 2 of 2 Solicitation 36C26320Q0188 Amendment A00001 Questions, Answers, and Clarification A site visit can be completed before 3:00pm CT 01/23/2020 by contacting Tony Marconi, Jr. at 515-699-5999 x5447 between 6:30am and 3:00pm CT Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays). During a site visit, the Government will provide an overview of technical requirements. Confirmation of attendance (including name of company, point of contact, and point of contact e-mail) at a site visit should be e-mailed to Tony Marconi, Jr., VA Technical Representative (VATR), at tony.marconijr@va.gov. The VATR will provide an overview and a brief tour but will not accept technical questions at this site visit. The Contract Specialist will compile technical questions and provide responses via solicitation amendment if applicable. Chiller Maintenance services at Central Iowa VA Health Care System were previously obtained under contract GS-21F-0140W, order VA263-15-F-0266 from P1 Group, Inc. for $41,100.00. Page 7, Section V. Contractor Requirements A. Services number 7. notes the awarded contractor shall perform vibration analysis on motors and pumps, this section is not requiring any Preventative Maintenance on the pumps other than the ""vibration analysis""? Answer: Correct, the awarded contractor shall provide vibration analysis with recommendations to any deficiencies found during the analysis on the vibration report with no additional preventative maintenance on the pumps.
