Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT W91ZLK-20-P-0011 This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) soliciting from a single source. Only one source is capable of providing the supply or/and service.� The US Army- Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division 6565 Surveillance Loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846 has an emergency requirement to procure the following service:� CLIN 0001: BEYA Freeman Exhibit The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Freeman Decorating Co. 1600 Viceroy Ste 100, Dallas, TX 75235-2312; CAGE Code 09AE8, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) soliciting from a single source. �The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561920 and the Size standards in number of employees 500. All responses received within ten (10) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Friday, 31 January 2020.� Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.� For questions concerning this Notice of Intent, contact Lesha N Jones, lesha.n.jones.civ@mail.mil Posting date of this requirement is 21 January 2020.� A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
