- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE AWARD AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The Government Publishing Office (GPO) in Washington DC intends to issue a sole source purchase order to UNO SEISAKUSHO CO., LLC located at 293 Tabata Samukawa Koza-Gun, Kanagawa PREF., Japan 253-0114. The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is to establish a purchase order using firm fixed prices for a solution to precisely permanently lock the stitching thread on the existing UNO A-Line equipment in Stennis, MS. This is not a request for competitive quotes, but serves as a procurement notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with MMAR 5.101(a) (2). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.
