- The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to The Open Group in the amount of $45,000.00 in support of procuring a 12 month Professional Membership within the Sensor Open Systems Architecture Consortium. The Sponsor Membership allows the JTNC to designate one voting representative to the steering committee and up to five people to the advisory board. The membership allows JTNC to influence key stakeholders aligned with The Open Group and supports the mission of the JTNC(developing and defining waveform standards) under FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Determination by the Government not to compete based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
