- TITLE: Identify Robotic Platform(s) � This is a Sources Sought ONLY. � The Joint Product Manager, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive Analytics and Response Systems (JPdM CBRNE A&RS), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is conducting market research to identify potential robotic platforms/systems that can be operated with multiple payloads and under multiple functions.� The vendor providing the robotic platform should identify the possible payloads/roles and how these would be achieved with their system.� The purpose of this announcement is to gather information on State-of-the-Art Technologies to detect and identify potential platforms/systems and their expected payloads and roles.� These technologies can take the form of the following: ground, air and water configurations.� The applicable NAICS codes for this SOURCES SOUGHT are 336111, 336411, 336611 and 336612.� Potential technologies that would be applicable to this notice would have the following features: Capable of maneuvering autonomously, is optional Capable of operating in diverse conditions Capable of operating in multiple function(s) Capable of operating with multiple payloads Capable of providing real time data Data Storage Ability to store mission data in a assessable and/or retrievable HD Ability for retrieval of information in any condition of robotic system; i.e. contaminated, loss of control of system, etc. Capable of tethered and untethered operations Untethered may be either or both wireless and/or autonomous operations Utilize non-proprietary software, optional Have Windows 10 or greater compatibility Have File Interoperability and Data Sharing capability NOTE: �Parties interested in participating in this SOURCES SOUGHT need to request a survey from JPdM CBRNE A&RS and include any relevant test reports, manuals, brochures, information papers, and other applicable documents be submitted along with their response to this SOURCES SOUGHT � Responses to this notice shall be submitted to:� Joint Product Manager CBRNE Analytics and Response Systems (JPdM CBRNE A&RS), 8228 Scully Rd, APG-EA, MD� 21010-5424, usarmy.apg.jpeo-cbd.mbx.jpdm-cbrne-ars@mail.mil � All firms responding to this SOURCES SOUGHT are advised that their response is not a request to be considered for a contract award. �All firms that are able to provide technologies meeting the criteria in this SOURCES SOUGHT should submit their information to the Joint Product Manager CBRNE Analytics and Response Systems. Submissions are due no later than 18 February 2020, 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time.� (Mailed Reponses must be received by this date). � All information received in response to this notice that is marked proprietary will be handled accordingly.� The Government does not anticipate responding to all submissions.� However, the Government may determine, in its discretion, follow up information is necessary and may contact individual respondents for that purpose.� Responses to this SOURCES SOUGHT, including any brochures, test reports, CDs, etc., will not be returned. Respondents must properly identify and mark any technical data provided in response to this SOURCES SOUGHT that is subject to restrictive markings. � All documents shall be submitted in Portable Document Format (.pdf) or Microsoft Word format through the DoD Safe web site (https://safe.apps.mil/).� Additionally, submissions may also be provided by hard copy and E-mail (if the file size is under 10 MB). Responses at a minimum, should include: 1.� The number of this notice. 2.� The responding company�s name, address, telephone number, website address (if available). 3.� Type of business (large or small), and if self-identified as a small business, the basis for that determination.� 4.� The name, telephone number, and e-mail address of a point of contact having the authority and knowledge to respond to questions from the Government regarding this notice. 5.� The completed surveys. 6.� Any other supporting materials (test reports, manuals, brochures, information papers, etc.). 7. If available, provide your company's System for Award Management (SAM) Cage Code and DUNS number to verify your business status.
