Description

The 766 Specialized Contracting Squadron (766 SCONS) is conducting market research to gather information on Inside Plant services to help define the requirement. Specifically, 766 SCONS is seeking input from industry on the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please note this requirement must remain in the Small Business Administration�s 8(a) program and it is therefore anticipated to be awarded as an 8(a) sole source contract. Therefore, this will not be a competitive acquisition and this is not an RFI for information relating to acquisition strategy. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This notice should not be construed as a commitment of any type by the Government to take or not take any action. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. NOTE: Please submit responses no later than 4:00 pm Hawaii Standard Time on 11 February 2020 via email directly to the Contract Specialist, Amanda Fouquette at amanda.fouquette@us.af.mil and the Contracting Officer, MSgt Jeremy Hemington at jeremy.hemington@us.af.mil. Questions should be directed to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist via email. Marketing brochures and/or generic company literature will not be considered.
