Description
This is a notice of intent to negotiate and award a sole source contract pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This synopsis is for information purposes only however, all responses received by the stated response date�will be considered by the Government. The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWC-AD LKE) intends to negotiate and award, on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed-price contract to the Raytheon Corporation (CAGE: 06845) located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD for the procurement of the Automatic Dependent Surveillance - Broadcast Out (ADS-B Out) Test Requirement Documents (TRDs) for APX-119 Transponder and Digital Control Panel avionics Weapons Replaceable Assembly (WRA) in support of the T-45 Goshawk Operational Test Program Sets.� The resultant contract will include limited contractor support and procurement of the Personality Module. The Government�s requirements are as stated in the attached Statement of Work. While this notice of intent is for informational purposes only, and not a request for competitive proposals, if a party believes they can provide this support, they may submit their technical capability, which shall be considered by the NAWC-AD LKE. The Government will not pay for information received.� The Government retains the right not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received as a result of this�notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.� No solicitation will be available for this procurement.� Unless stated herein, no additional information is available.
