Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to solicit for the repair and refurbishment of Controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP) Blades and Fixed Pitch Propellers on behalf of the . NAVSES05Z 2SCOG Program. In order to sustain U.S. Navy fleet requirements, DDG 51, DDG 1000, CG 47, LPD 17, LSD 41, LHA 6, LHD 1, and MCM 1 Class blades and propellers must be repaired to ensure that the 2SCOG program does not �stock out� of available ready-for-issue (RFI) assets. In addition, the Contractor(s) will be responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements that shall be specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). This solicitation is expected to result in a competitive, unpriced, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Order provisions. The ordering period is anticipated to be sixty (60) months. The period of performance is anticipated to be seventy-two (72) months with an estimated total maximum quantity of 408 blades and propellers to be repaired throughout the Contract term. An award will be made to each and all qualifying Offeror(s) whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation. Source Selection for the MAC IDIQ vehicle will be evaluated based on technical factors only, and award will be made to all Acceptable Offerors. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. The RFP along with any amendments will be posted to the Beta.Sam.Gov website at https://beta.sam.gov. All interested parties may download the solicitation and any amendments through Beta.Sam.Gov. The Request for Proposal (RFP) for this acquisition will be N64498-20-R-4002. No CDs or hard copies will be provided. Offerors shall be required to submit technical proposals only. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov/partal/public/SAM/.
