Description

The Marine Corps Recruit Depot- Parris Island, SC is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Commercial Solvent Parts Cleaner; Equipment and Maintenance.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325998. Information is for planning purposes only. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI, and responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. Requirement: Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) base year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month options. Equipment: Eight (8) Recycling part washers Two (2) Ultrasonic aqueous part washers Maintenance: Recycling part washers: four (4) maintenance calls to be scheduled quarterly (months TBD) Ultrasonic aqueous part washers: semi-annually (months TBD) Equipment and locations to be removed/installed: See attachment. If your organization has the potential to support this requirement, please provide the following information: Organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; Provide information regarding the Solvent Parts Cleaner that meet the. Provide standard lead times. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to provide the barriers are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 31 January 2020, 12:00 PM Eastern.
