Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140L2220Q0002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of January 14, 2020 and close date of January 29, 2020. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-02. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 212319 and a size standard of 500 employees. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Farmington District Office, has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis for qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for delivery of black basalt rip-rap rock in accordance with attached specifications, delivery location map and evaluation criteria. All material shall be delivered to the Santa Cruz Lake Location Area (map attached). The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable under this synopsis/solicitation: 52.212.1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and can be downloaded as full text at http://www.arnet.gov/far. The resultant contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) database in order to do business with the Federal Government and to be considered for award. The database can be accessed at http://www.sam.gov. The solicitation is available electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Questions to solicitation are due by January 24, 2020. Offers are being accepted via electronic mail to etippeco@blm.gov, facsimile at (505) 564-7631 or BLM FDO, 6251 College Blvd., Attention: Eleanor Tippeconnie, Farmington, NM 87401. Offers are to submit via company letterhead, referencing this RFQ and are due no later than 1700 ET on January 29, 2020.
