- Solicitation for NSN: 2840K0200331DPR, SURFACE WAVE ULTRASONIC TESTING-KIT, General Electric (GE), (CAGE 07482), Part # 3C4380G01. The only approved source for this item is General Electric (GE). Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.� DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests.� Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package.� The solicitation will be issued for a firm fixed-price quantity of 6 each.� This solicitation will be solicited as an unrestricted acquisition and result in a firm fixed-price contract without options. The required delivery schedule is 112 days ARO, FOB destination, inspection / acceptance destination. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered.� A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the solicitation. A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly.� The solicitation issue date is on January 14, 2020 and the anticipated closing date is on or around January 29, 2020.
