- AMENDMENT 0003 This is Amendment 0003�for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Physical Secuirty/ Access Control solicitation .� The Third set of Amendments to the PS/AC-2 Basic Contract and Seed Task Order PWSs include additional clarifications for the design of PS/AC Systems and additional clarifications for FRCB Package deliverables/submittals. Amendment 0003�is uploaded as Amendment 0003�Portfolio and is�summarized as follows: �����a.� Documents covering the proposed Amendments for the additional clarifications for the design of PS/AC Systems for the Basic Contract PWS are provided as follows: ����������(1) ��Amendments for the Basic Contract PWS are provided in the first attachment (PSAC-2 Basic Contract Amendments 14Jan20.docx). �����b.� Documents covering the proposed Amendments for the additional clarifications for the design of PS/AC Systems and additional clarifications for FRCB Package deliverables/submittals for the Seed Task Order PWS are provided as follows: ����������(1)� Amendments for the Seed Task Order PWS are provided in the second attachment (PSAC-2 Seed Task Order NSA Orl AVB Rpl Amendments 14Jan20.docx).� This procurement uses the two-phase design-build selection procedures and consists of one solicitation covering both phases with the intent to award Three to Five�MACCs.�This contract is a 100% Small Business set-aside with a reserve for one Women Owned Small Business. The NAICS Code for this contract is�237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a�Size Standard of�$39.5M.�
