Description

GENERAL: ���� 1.� Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and supplies to resurface two (2) outdoor pools located at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Glynco, GA. ���������������� 1.2 �These outdoor swimming pool facilities are in need of repair due to untreated ground water��� from recent hurricanes. The deteriorated conditions at these facilities create an unsafe/unhealthy environment for the students housed in the adjacent dorm buildings. ���������������� 1.3� The land area in this location has high water table condition; therefore, a well point system is required, as the pools will need to be completely drained to perform the necessary repairs and prevent structural floating.
