Reference attached complete combined synopsis that contains terms and conditions in which contractors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award.� IN ADDITION, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR ""WILL"" OR ""WILL NOT"" STATEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.204-24 UNLESS YOUR REPS AND CERTS HAVE BEEN UPDATED IN SAM IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 52.204-26.
