Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to Sole Source Solicitation# 70US0920Q70090065 to Norwich University.� The Government intends to award a commercial firm fixed price purchase order to Norwich University for their exclusively online Leadership Certification Program.� This requirement is not classified.� This requirement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611310 Colleges, Universities, and Professional Schools. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.� However, interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements may submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the services as detailed above. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Submission of information does not guarantee this requirement to become a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to not open the requirement to full and open competition, based on response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.� All submissions shall be submitted to the Government by no later than (NLT) 01/16/2020, 12pm EST. After which time, a Sole Source contract with Norwich University is intended to be issued.
