Description

Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) has a requirement to purchase Algo-Pak Part Numbers #040546 � �The contractor shall provide 7 boxes per month by the 10th of each month and not exceed 84 boxes of Item # 040546 Algo Pak (36 screens per box). Auditory function Screen kits for Auditory Function Screen Kits are critical to the Labor and Delivery Department, Pediatrics and Mother Baby Units located at Fort Bragg, NC.� Natus Medical, Inc. is the manufacturer and distributer of the products; as a result, no substitute products will be accepted.�� The NAICS code for this requirement is 339112 (Surgical and Instrument Manufacturing).
