Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 4,000 net usable square feet in Daytona Beach, Florida for use as a Vet Center for the Orlando Healthcare System (Orlando VAMC). New and Existing buildings will be considered. However, if not a New Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will undergo, by occupancy, a complete modernization or adaptive reuse of the Space with modern conveniences. On-site parking for 25 spaces, 2 handicapped spaces. The proposed term of occupancy is a 10-year lease with a five-year firm term and one five-year option. The above requirements must be satisfied in order to submit a proposal. If any of the above requirements are not met, your proposal will be considered non-responsive and will not be accepted. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: LPGA Blvd. South: International Speedway Blvd. East: Nova Road West: Williamson Blvd. To be included in initial considerations, interested offerors shall address ALL of the following when responding to this advertisement/announcement. Proposed Property address. Map showing property within the delineated area. Name, phone number and email address of Property Owner. Note, if responding and you are not the property owner, i.e. broker, provide written statement from property owner (on owner letterhead) authorizing you to represent the owner. Documentation evidencing that proposed property is outside the 100-year flood plain. Documentation delineating offerors ability to meet all the Government s requirements identified in this advertisement/announcement (see first paragraph). Amount of space offered. Note, the minimum acceptable is 4,000 NUSF and the maximum acceptable is 4,000 NUSF. Cost: i.e., $/NUSF. Identify base rent cost figure and operating cost figure, together these figures equal the total NUSF cost. Number of parking spaces. Date space is available. Other pertinent information. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by the VA.
