Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. This is not a request for quotes. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award of contract. This Source Sought is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise owned business concerns prior to issuing a solicitation. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided by e-mail response. No presentation will be scheduled. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Southwest Regional Office, Division of Acquisition is conducting market research and is seeking sources to provide Phlebotomy Services for the BIA, Office of Justice Services, District IV, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, reports and other item necessary to perform Phlebotomy Services. Locations include Albuquerque and 5 Indian Pueblos: Cochiti, San Felipe, Santo Domingo, Zia and Acoma within New Mexico. OJS currently has jurisdiction for five (5) federally recognized Indian Pueblos and assists other federally recognized Pueblos who have their own Police Departments. Blood draw and urine sample collection services are needed from individuals at the time of arrest or at a motor vehicle accident/crash. Court appearance, if subpoenaed to testify in regards to services provided to the BIA. Period of Performance is one base year with four one-year options. A written response to this notice should consist of following items: 1. Company or Individual info: name, DUNS, point of contact, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and website address. 2. Type of business the company or individual is involved in. All respondents should be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) located beta.sam.gov. 3. Identify if you/your company is an Indian Economic Enterprise. All information submitted in response to this announcement must be received on or before the closing date. The CLOSING DATE is Friday January 24, 2020 at 5:00 PM (MT). All questions and/or comments shall be submitted by email to sonia.nelson@bia.gov. Respondents are advised the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
