- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is W912HZ93407922 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).� The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-02.� This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 511210 with a size standard of $41.5 million.� �� This action is for a Tier 250 subscription to the ARAS Innovator suite of software for a period of three (3) months with a nine (9) month Option. This is an ARAS Innovator Brand-Name Only solicitation. The required subscription: ����� BASE Requirement ����� (3 Months) Monthly Tier 250 Subscription for ARAS Innovator software to include: The ability to create flexible and responsive M&S workflow environments that mandate collection of metadata when introducing artifacts into the environment. Integrated data vault with rapid enterprise search capability. The ability to securely share OEM proprietary data with multiple stakeholders and to also restrict access from those who should not have access. The ability to incorporate deliverables into master drawings, immediately render those drawings via a web browser, and transition to a source selection team of evaluators. The ability to create controlled custom environments for each OEM and the appointed Contractor integrator. Integration with CAC card authentication. Can transform the deliverables into agreed upon interchange formats and make accessible outside of the platform to the USAF Joint Engineering Data Management Information Control System (JEDMICS). Ability to transition deliverables into a future-state secure air-gapped digital engineering environment. � ����� OPTION 1: ����� (9 Months) Monthly Tier 250 Subscription for ARAS Innovator software to include: The ability to create flexible and responsive M&S workflow environments that mandate collection of metadata when introducing artifacts into the environment. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government intends to award without discussions, however, reserves the right to hold discussions, if necessary. �Therefore, offerors should provide their best possible proposal from a technical and pricing standpoint. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
