- The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, anticipates awarding a Purchase Order for two deep well turbine type sump pumps that have a capacity of pumping 1650 gpm at a head of 36 feet and operate at an elevation of 5454.75 feet. Each pump is equipped with an electric motor rated at 25HP and operate on 460 V 3 Phase 60 Hz. Each pump is controlled by an automatic lead/lag system as well as having independent hand/off/auto manual pump control and will be installed by Reclamation. The Period of Performance for this work will be approximately 90 days after receipt of award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 333996. The small business standard is 1,250 employees. This procurement is being advertised as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Solicitation 140R6020Q0011 is tentatively scheduled to be available on or about January 20, 2020 at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect and https://beta.sam.gov. Response dates for quotes is tentatively scheduled for February 20, 2020. Prospective contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the System for Award Management (SAM) database, accessed through https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM and must be actively registered in SAM to be eligible for award. All quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to sbruns@usbr.gov. No quotations shall be accepted via Beta.SAM/FedConnect. The solicitation shall be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed.
