Description

The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division (RD) has a construction requirement for Repaving of a Parking Lot at the TSGT Frank D. Pergory United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) located at 1634 Cherry Ave, Charlottesville, VA 22903-3704. The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for this requirement. The Government will select for award the proposal(s) that are most advantageous and meet the best value requirements of the Government. The period of Performance for this requirement is 160 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed Date until all tasks associated have been completed. The anticipated award date for this action is for the 2nd Quarter Of Fiscal Year 2020. The estimated magnitude for this project is for between $250,000.00- $500,000.00. NOTES: A point of contact (POC) will be given for any necessary site visits at issuance of a formal solicitation. Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation. Proposals may not be submitted until the official Solicitation is released. Any proposals submitted prior to official solicitation release will not be considered or looked at. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involved for submission of information in response to this notice. Release of an official solicitation is anticipated to occur in late January/ early February 2020. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor the Beta Sam website (www.beta.sam.gov/) for the release of the official solicitation. The official solicitation will include any plans, attachments, drawings, and or specs provided by 99th RD.
