Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT W91ZLK-20-P-0009 This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using�� Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This will be an acquisition under the authority of the test program for commercial items section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996.� The US Army- Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division 6565 Surveillance Loop, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846 has an emergency requirement to procure the following service:� CLIN 0001: BEYA Career Registration The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Career Communications Group, Inc. 729 E. Pratt St FL 5, Baltimore, MD 21202-3302; CAGE Code 4J883, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii) Brand name specification The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561920 and the Size standards in number of employees 500. All responses received within ten (10) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Tuesday, �21 January 2020.� Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.� For questions concerning this Notice of Intent, contact Lesha N Jones, lesha.n.jones.civ@mail.mil Posting date of this requirement is 9 January 2020.� A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
