Description

The US Army Contracting Command APG, Natick Contracting Division, on behalf of the US Army Combat Capabilities and Development Command (CCDC), Aerial Delivery Directorate (ADD)�intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to only one responsible source, Cobham Missions Systems of Orchard Park, NY�for a Dual Aneroid upgrade to a limited number of Government Furnished regulators for testing using Cobham's proprietary design. This is not a Request for Quotes. No solicitation package is available. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.�A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.�The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515.�Inquiries and responses may be sent to Michael Quinlan, Contract Specialist, via email at michael.j.quinlan3.civ@mail.mil no later than 23 January 2020 @ 5PM EST.
