Description

The Ready Campaign is FEMA's principal public awarness communications apparatus to deliver educational and instructional preparedness messaging across a variety of mediums. In reviewing�capability statements�received�in response�to the request for information (RFI) released on 10/03/2019, FEMA has made a determination that although some respondents possessed some of the important capabilities as laid out in the RFI, no one respondent had the entire set of capabilities and access to resorces that the Ready Campaign would heavily rely upon to fulfill the campaign's Public Service Advertisment (PSA) mission. Particularly, all respondents lacked an established strategy/distribution model for obtaining and using donated media for a PSA campaign. Please see the atatched RFI and Justification document for further detail.
