The closing date and time remains 08-Jan-2020 04:00 PM. ******************************************************************************************************************** Amendment N3904020R0288 P0004 is to remove the reference to Section K; correct the Past Performance Volume location and to answer questions that were submitted. Please see attached formal RFQ N3904020R0288 P0004.� The amendment number will reflect P002 that is correct. ********************************************************************************************************************* Amendment N3904020R0288 P0003 is to extend the question and answer due date from 26 Dec 2019 to 30 Dec 2019 at 01:00 PM.� All other times will remain the same. ********************************************************************************************************************* Amendment N3904020R0288 P0002�is to extend the closing date and time of the solicitation�from 2:00 PM 30�Dec 2019 to 4:00 PM 08�Jan�2020.� All other times will remain the same. ********************************************************************************************************************* Amendment N3904020R0288 P0001 is issued to answer questions, provide site visit information, revise Attachments 10 & 11, and to extend the solicitation. See page 2 for answers to questions. Site Visit information is updated in Clause L-237-W001. See Section J for changes to the Attachments. The closing date and time of the solicitation is extended from 02:00 PM 27 Dec 2019 to 02:00 PM 30 Dec 2019. ********************************************************************************************************************* This is for an Request for Quote for the dismantlement and disposal of a Submarine Support Facility (SSF) at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY).� The SSF is radiologically controlled.� Disposal will be at a approved offsite facility.� The contractor will be expected to maintain accountability for all materials at the worksite during demolition.� PNSY expects that the materials will be controlled and disposed of as radioactive waste for bulk waste assay or an equivalent count and release process. All contract personnel will be subject to Shipyard exposure monitoring.� PNSY contemplates using the demolition and bulk disposal method, commonly referred to as ""Rip and Ship"".� The volume of waste estimated for disposition is approximately 1,600,000 pounds.� PNSY will perform waste stream characterizations and all radiological surveys in conjunction with this project. The successful offeror must hold all qualifications, certifications, and licenses necessary for performance of this requirement, including the transportation to, and disposal at an approved off-site facility.�� Potential offerors are required to tour the SSF in order for a proposal submitted in response to the solicitation to be considered in the evaluation process for award of a contract.
