(ABOA):� 136,575 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF):� 164,000 Space Type:� Office Parking Spaces (Total):� 100 Parking Spaces (Surface):� 100 Parking Spaces (Structured):� 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 100 Reserved for Official, Visitor, and Additional Handicapped Parking Full Term:� 20 Firm Term:� 15 Option Term:� 1 - 5 year renewal option Additional Requirements: Loading dock required and building must have a minimum parking ratio of 4/1000 parking spaces available for exclusive use by the Government. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
