- N00164-16-G-JQ10- 0010 � SOLE SOURCE � Aircraft Modification Integration in support of the AC130J/W Precision Strike Package integration - FSG K016 - NAICS 541330 Anticipated Issue Date 7 January 2020 � Anticipated Closing Date 21 January 2020 - 2:00 PM EDT� This solicitation is being posted at https://beta.sam.gov/.� Beta SAM is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. �Please feel free to use the Beta Sam site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division intends to issue a Job Order under a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-16-G-JQ10.� The BOA was issued to L-3 Communications Integrated Systems L.P. d/b/a L-3 TCS.� Acquisitions under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.� The basis for restricting competition was the lack of sufficient technical data and duplicative cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, and the unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency requirement through any other source.� As a result of this JO Modification the overall contract ceiling for BOA N00164-16-G-JQ10 will remain unchanged. This JO is anticipated to procure AC-130W modifications to include: 1. Engineering Services to modify the AC-130W Left Hand DC Bus to replace the current Transformer Rectifier Units' (TRUs) Reverse Current Relays (RCCRs) with power blocking diodes; 2. Deliver nine (9) AC-130W Left Hand DC Bus Modification Kits; 3. Integrate nine (9) AC-130W Left Hand DC Bus Modification Kits on AC-130W aircraft; and 4. Update AC-130W TOs affected by the Left Hand DC Bus Modification, 105mm Pressure Seal Modification, and Missile Warning System to Precision Strike Package (MWS2PSP) Modification.
