- SOLICITATION AWARD NOTICE Solicitation 36C25220B0007 Contract 36C25220C0072 Project: 676-19-108 Upgrade B23 2nd Floor Location: Tomah VA Medical Center 500 E. Veterans Street Tomah WI 54660-3105 This construction project involves the renovation of Building 23, 2nd Floor for administrative space and to prevent water intrusion to walls on South West corner of building and roof area. Area is approximately 8,500 SF. Building 23 contains lead paint and mold in various locations of this project. ACM Mastic is located below floor layers and shall not be disturbed during this project. No ACM abatement is anticipated in this project. Period of Performance is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP shall be issued approximately 10 calendar days after award once required payment and performance bonds and certificate of insurance is provided. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 General Construction; small business $39.5 size standard applies. Estimated price range for construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Pursuant to Public Law 109-461, this contract was set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms.
