Description

:�� Purchase Request: 0081634074, NSN 6150-01-3535856, CABLE Assy, Part Number: 209-175-086-111. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.� DLA Aviation�does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, therefore,�please do not submit requests.� Approved source for this item is Bell HELICOPTER, CAGE 97499. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR).� This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract.� This is requirement is for 45 each, DLA DIST SAN JOAQUIN, CA , (line 0001) FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is�585 days ARO.� Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered.� This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP) IWA Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).� A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).� Sole Source per (FAR 6.302). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is�January 2, 2020. The anticipated closing date is February 3, 2020. �
