- Intent to Sole Source The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to Campbell Grinder Co, 1226 E. Pontaluna Rd, Spring Lake, MI 49456-9637, Cage Code 18278. The proposed contract is to procure the following services: onsite repair and upgrade of a Campbell VTG. This notice is in support of the Fleet Readiness Center-Southwest, San Diego, CA The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North America Industry Classification System Code is 811310 and the applicable business size is $8.0 million. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement via- e-mail. Request must include company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, CAGE Code, DUNS number NAICS code, applicable business size and Tax ID number. Responses are due by Wednesday, 10 January 2020 at 1:00 PM, (PST) Pacific Standard Time. NOTE: TELEPHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTED SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION AND STATEMENT OF WORK. Mandatory terms and conditions of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR and DFAR clause will apply to the anticipated award wherever applicable.
