- U.S. GOVERNMENT 9NC2221 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: North Carolina City: Havelock : See Delineated Area Description of Delineated Area ����������� Begin at the point where Lewis Farm Road butts into Slocum Creek. Head west on Lewis Farm Road to HWY 1772. Turn Left on HWY 1772. Continue south on HWY 1772 to US HWY 70 artery. Turn right on to US HWY 70 artery then turn left on to US HWY 70. Travel south onto HWY 70 to Hibbs Rd. Turn right onto Hibbs Road heading Southwest to HWY 24. Turn left onto HWY 24. Head East on HWY 24 to HWY 70 (Arendell St.) to HWY 101. Turn left onto HWY 101 and continue to HWY 306. Turn right onto HWY 306 to the end of HWY 306 to Neuse River. Travel west on the Neuse River to Slocum Creek and then back to Lewis Farm Road.
