Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT 9NC2223 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: North Carolina City: See Delineated Area Delineated Area: See Attachment Beginning in Wildwood, NC starting at the intersection of Hibbs Rd./HWY 24. Head east on HWY 24 (Arendell St.) to HWY 101. Turn Left on to HWY 101 heading North to Roosevelt Blvd and turn right onto Roosevelt Blvd. Head North to Slocum Rd and turn left onto Slocum Rd. Heading west to HWY 70 and turn right on HWY 70 going north to Riverdale Rd. Turn right onto Riverdale Rd and then turn left onto HWY 1159. HWY 1159 turns into HWY 1113. Drive to Elder St. and turn left onto Elder St then turn Right onto HWY 70. Head north to New Bern on HWY 70 and then turn right onto HWY 17 and head east. Turn left to HWY 43 and then turn right onto HWY 1243. Then drive through HWY 55 to Old US Hwy 70 W to Clark Rd. Continue south on Clark Rd. to Hwy 70. Turn left onto Tuscarora Rhems Rd. Head southeast on Tuscarora Rhems Rd. Turn right on US HWY 17S. and continue southwest on HWY 17S. Next turn left on HWY 1004 (Island Creek Rd. Continue east on Island Creek Rd. and continue east on County Line Rd. Next turn left onto Catfish Lake Rd and then turn right on Hwy 70. Turn Right on Hibbs Rd back to the intersection of Hibbs Rd./HWY 24. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 59,000 Maximum Sq. Ft.
