- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Richlynd Federal, LLC. 8245 Boone Blvd., Suite 620 Tysons, Virginia 22182. Richlynd Federal LLC is the sole organization which provides Apollo Enterprise Imaging Corp Products to the Federal community under the GSA Schedule 70 Contract (GS35F458DA) will provide Apollo services and software for Apollo Robotic Microscope. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The place of performance is for the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital located at 800 Hospital Drive, MO 65201-5297. The NAICS code is 511210 with a size standard of $41.5 Million. The solicitation number is 36C25520Q0002. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of one (1) year. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement NLT 10 October 2019 at 3:00 PM CST. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to Announcement 36C25520Q0002, Notice of Intent. If after 10 October 2019, no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, Department of Veterans Affairs shall negotiate solely with Richlynd Federal,LLC. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted.
