- Description
- The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) - Vicksburg, MS, intends to issue a sole source award, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i,) to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for an annual subscription for electronic access to the ASME digital library.
