- Description
- The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) - Vicksburg, MS, intends to issue a sole source award, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), to Myjove Corporation for an annual subscriptions for electronic access to the Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE) digital library. Myjove Corporation is the only vendor that can provide the electronic, multisite, and IP recognitionaccess to their virtual digital library.The vendor shall provide an annual subscription for access to the JoVE DigitalLibrary which includes the following journal titles:JoVE BioengineeringJoVE BiologyJoVE Chemistry- SeriesJoVE Engineering- SeriesJoVE EnvironmentJoVE Environmental Science SeriesJoVE Physics SeriesThis Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document will be posted for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice may submit technical data, including price, with sufficient documentation to establish capability in providing the same or similar product. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to or not to initiate a competitive solicitation based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.Interested parties may electronically submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide the needed services to Ethridge.W.Lokey@usace.army.mil.Responses must be received by the closing date and time of this notice to be considered. Oral communications will not be accepted.
