Description: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought Notification (SSN) is to conduct market research and determine the interest of capable organizations to provide USAID/Caucasus with technical and advisory services for human and institutional capacity development in Georgia. The Mission also seeks feedback on its technical approach and draft evaluation criteria to better shape the scope of the activity for a potential future solicitation and estimates for what the requirements might cost.
