Description

Nebraska Air National Guard intents to extend the temporary modular trailers used as office space for personnel displaced by our main hangar construction project (Complex 2) under contract W91243-18-P-0014 an additional six months. This modification for $27,000 is expected to be awarded to Hunter Saak Investments, LLC on 12 December 2019. Due to the short term extension need and the competitive pricing received for the original contract, they are the only responsible source (FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)) due to mobilize/demobilize costs, utility hook-ups, and the displacement of all office furniture and personnel. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
