Description

The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This procurement is for a non-personal service to provide routine and emergency elevator maintenance both base side and at remote Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) for an estimated total of 18 elevators. This is to include all labor, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, vehicles, supervision, transportation, and other items necessary to perform as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on or about 20 December 2019. The Request for Quotation will close on or about 20 January 2020. The period of performance for this requirement is estimated at 1 March 2020 through 28 February 2025. This requirement will be solicited as full and open. The Request for quotation will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: https://beta.sam.gov/. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See internet site: sam.gov). All responsible sources must submit an offer good through 28 February 2020, which shall be considered by the agency.Place of contract performance: Malmstrom AFB, MT and 15 Missile Alert Facilities.
