No classified, confidential, or sensitive information shall be included in the response.INTRODUCTION:Integrated Logistics Support Center - Command Control Communications-Tactical (ILSC-C3T) is seeking potential sources capable of performing repair services of the Aegis NG2602 DC Power Supply.OBJECTIVE:The purpose of this announcement is to identify potential sources that have the capability to perform inspection and repair services for the Aegis NG2602 DC Power Supply. The NG2602 power supply is used in the AN/TSQ-232 family of Command Post Platforms (CPPs). AN/TSQ-232 CPPs are mobile command posts which contain various configurations of communications equipment. The NG2602 Power Supply converts externally supplied 208 VAC into usable 28 VDC for the internal communications equipment.Potential vendors shall have the capability to inspect, repair, test and deliver the item listed below; the repair process shall restore the item to a serviceable condition and make it comparable in quality and function to a new production item. Units repaired shall meet all of the form, fit, function and interface requirements in accordance with the manufacturer’s part number and baseline configuration. Potential vendors shall also have the capability to upgrade the software on items submitted for repair to the latest configuration.Potential vendors shall have the ability to comply with a higher-level Quality Management System (QMS) such as the American Society for Quality/American National Standards Institute/International Standard Organization (ASQ/ANSI/ISO) 9001:2015, Quality Management System Requirements, International Standard Organization (ISO) 9001:2015, and AS9100D in all production facilities involved in performance of the potential requirements, as well as provide and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program within its producing/manufacturing facility.Nomenclature POWER SUPPLY Part NumberNG2602NSN6130-01-565-4895Manufacturer Aegis Power Systems (CAGE 06ES8)*The US Government has no manufacturing related technical data available for this item. INSTRUCTIONS TO POTENTIONAL RESPONDENTS:Each potential vendor shall provide a response to this market survey, addressing their ability to provide the services specified above for the NG2602 Power Supply. The response shall provide sufficient information, data or documentation which clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the stated objectives, to include whether a vendor has previously repaired the item identified above or has the capability to repair the item identified above. The response may include any technical/descriptive text, functional block diagrams, or illustrations to provide sufficient detail.Interested manufacturing facilities, dealers, distributors, or resellers, must provide information/data/documentation which clearly states that they have previously manufactured or supplied the EXACT SAME NG2602 power supply as described in the above table on a prior United States Government contract. Documentation, such as a letter from Aegis Power Systems, Inc., CAGE # 06ES8, confirming that they are either an authorized manufacturing facility or reseller of the above-mentioned item would constitute acceptable documentation. Additionally, potential vendors must provide the: Company Name / Address / Point of Contact (include phone number and email address) / CAGE Code / Web Page URL / State the country of ownership for the company.responses, communications and additional considerations:The response shall not exceed 10 pages in length (to include any cover page). Acceptable file formats for the response include Microsoft Word, text, rich text or Adobe Acrobat.
