Description

The work includes, but is not limited to, the services requiring all labor, supervision, management, tools, material, equipment (forklift), technical support, and transportation for the following capabilities to perform: High pressure water cleaning, vacuuming, and video inspection of eight (9) cells consisting of twenty-four (24) Leachate lines and eight (8) Sump Pump riser lines. The contractor shall provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services for the entire Base Landfill and Closed Sneads Ferry Landfill areas. Maintenance and repair services to 8CY trash dumpsters, 8CY cardboard dumpsters, 8CY roll-off dumpsters, 8CY drop bottom dumpsters, and 8CY roll-off compactors, see Inventory Table (A) below. The contractor shall specialize in the refurbishment of the dumpsters and have at least a minimum of three (3) years’ experience. Hot Work required for welding, cutting, or operation of flame/spark producing devices will require a Fire Watch employee trained in accordance with the Standard for Fire Prevention Welding, Cutting, and Other Hot Work, 2019 Edition (NFPA 51B). Provide annual maintenance, modem link, and technical support in order to ensure proper operation of the landfill scales.
