Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to perform the work identified in specifications, and drawings. Work includes, but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of building floor expansion joints, joint covers and related under joint drainage system; Installation of under-slab structural “alignment lugs;” Installation of pipe railing(s); Removal and replacement of fire alarm strobe lights; Alterations to pendant and exit lighting; Additional lighting; Relocation of a security camera; Corrections to drainage issues at stairwells; Installation of expansion provisions to existing glass guardrail; Installation of additional roof drains; Installation of a drainage system from expansion joint drains to existing floor drains; Installation of various joint covers and ceiling materials; Miscellaneous concrete crack sealing; Painting and finishes; Scheduling, traffic control and security measures.
